Frequently Asked Questions
Find Answers To Common Questions About Our Products And Services
What factors should be considered when designing custom metal products?

Product design requires not only consideration of appearance but also a comprehensive evaluation of material selection, structural strength, manufacturing methods, assembly requirements, and the final operating environment.

Our engineering team draws on its expertise in sheet metal fabrication, tube bending, and manufacturing to conduct manufacturability assessments of design proposals, helping customers optimize product structures and reduce product usage risks.

How do you help customers turn their ideas, concepts and requirements into products that can be mass-produced?

Customers can provide concepts, images, samples, or preliminary designs, and we proceed based on product analysis, structural optimization, material selection, and manufacturing planning.

By combining engineering support with our production experience, we help customers navigate the development process from product concept to final finished product.

What is the difference between sheet metal fabrication and tube bending?

Sheet metal fabrication is primarily used for products such as enclosures, housings, brackets, and structural components, enabling the manufacture of complex structures through sheet metal forming.

Tube bending is mainly used for products that require continuous tubing or frame structures, such as automotive exhaust pipes, bull bars, safety handrails, and support structures.

How do you ensure product quality during the manufacturing process?

Quality control is integrated throughout the entire manufacturing process, including material verification, in-process inspections, dimensional inspections, weld quality inspections, and final product inspections.

Through standardized quality management processes, we ensure that our products meet customer drawing specifications.

What information is required before starting a custom manufacturing project?

To accurately assess project requirements, the following information is typically required:

  • Technical drawings or 3D model files (PDF, DWG/DXF, STEP/STP, IGES/IGS, SOLIDWORKS, Creo)
  • Material specifications
  • Surface finish requirements
  • Application environment
  • Order quantity

Our engineering team will use this information to evaluate product pricing and manufacturing options.

What payment methods do you accept?

For confirmed projects, we will issue a pro forma invoice (PI) based on the mutually agreed-upon quotation and project requirements. The PI will include our company's official bank account information, and customers can make payments through this account.

Upon receipt of payment, we will arrange for material preparation, production planning, and subsequent manufacturing processes in accordance with the confirmed project requirements. We will also keep the client updated on project progress throughout the production process to ensure smooth communication between both parties.

Additionally, for clients who prefer to complete transactions through online platforms, we support secure payments via our official stores on Alibaba International and Made-in-China.

How do you support OEM and ODM projects?

Not only can we manufacture products based on drawings or samples provided by customers, but we can also assist in designing and developing products based on their application scenarios, product concepts, and specific requirements.

From prototype development to mass production, we provide flexible manufacturing support tailored to each project's needs.

Which industries use your custom metal fabrication services?
  • Automotive parts
  • Industrial equipment components
  • Construction machinery parts
  • Metal engineering solutions for safety and specialized facilities
  • Outdoor hardware products
  • Marine metal components
  • Architectural and commercial metal components

We provide custom metal fabrication solutions tailored to the needs of various industries.

How do you manage production for complex metal projects?

Complex projects typically involve multiple manufacturing stages, including material preparation, part machining, welding, surface treatment, assembly, and quality inspection.

Through project management and production coordination, we ensure a smooth transition between different manufacturing stages and schedule quality inspection stations to ensure deliveries that meet both quality and quantity requirements.

Can you provide samples before mass production?

For new product development projects, we support sample validation. We proceed to the mass production phase only after confirming the design, dimensions, and functional requirements through samples.
